How are credits deducted?

Each tool has its own rate, and the cost depends on the tool, quality, resolution and length. Music generation uses 10 credits per run and normally produces two songs; the full rate list is in the plan comparison above. The generate button always shows the cost before you start, and a generation that fails as a whole is refunded.

Can I use Musikalis for free?

Yes. Every new account gets free credits on sign-up (email sign-ups receive them after verifying the address). Free accounts can generate music and lyrics and download MP3s; WAV downloads and stem splitting start with Starter; covers, images and videos start with Pro.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Subscription credits are issued every month, including on yearly plans, and expire at the end of that monthly period. Add-on pack credits do not expire. Sign-up credits expire after the period shown on the Free plan.

What if I need more credits?

Buy an add-on pack at any time from the Top up tab; no subscription is needed and larger packs cost less per credit. Packs add balance but do not change your plan level. For a steady monthly volume, a higher plan gives you more credits per dollar.

How do I check my credit balance?

Open Settings → Credits to see your balance, each grant with its expiry date, and every charge or refund.

Is this a subscription? Can I cancel?

Choose a one-time credit pack or a monthly or yearly subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in billing settings. After canceling, you keep your plan and its monthly credits until the paid period ends.

Which currency will I be charged in?

Credit packs and monthly or yearly subscriptions are billed in USD. The amount and currency are shown before payment.

Can I get a refund?

Contact support if payment or delivery fails. Refund eligibility depends on payment status and whether the credits have already been used.
